01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the fun2home website, downloading the fun2home app or creating an account on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms apply to all users of the platform, including those browsing without an account.

These terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which form part of your agreement with fun2home. Together they describe how the platform works, how your information is handled and what support is available if your gaming habits need attention.

These terms are written in plain English so that Pakistan players can understand what they are agreeing to. If anything is unclear, please contact our support team before registering.

02 Eligibility

To register and use fun2home you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and for as long as you hold an active account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. fun2home is strictly an adult entertainment platform and does not permit minors to register or play under any circumstances.
• You must be a real individual person. Registrations by corporations, trusts or automated bots are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration. False information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or close family member of a fun2home employee in a role that creates a conflict of interest with fair gameplay.
• You must be registering on your own behalf, not on behalf of another person.

03 Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold one account on fun2home. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with that individual may be closed and any funds within them may be forfeited.

When you register, you are required to provide a valid mobile number or email address and to create a secure password. You are entirely responsible for keeping your login credentials private. fun2home will never ask for your password via email, SMS or chat.

• Use a password that is unique to fun2home and not used on other platforms.
• Do not share your account with anyone else, including family members. Each person must register their own account.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact support immediately.
• fun2home is not liable for losses resulting from you sharing your credentials voluntarily or through negligence.
• Account details including registered name and identification documents cannot be changed without contacting support and providing adequate verification.

04 Deposits and Payments

All deposits on fun2home are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods for Pakistan players: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and PKR debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks.

Deposits are credited to your account balance once the payment has been confirmed by the relevant payment provider. Processing times vary slightly depending on the method used, but most JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits reflect within minutes.

• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the deposit section of your account dashboard.
• fun2home does not accept cash deposits or transfers from unidentified sources.
• If a deposit is made in error, contact support promptly. Reversal of deposits is subject to review and is not guaranteed.
• fun2home reserves the right to request the source of funds for any deposit if deemed necessary for security or compliance purposes.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit or to a verified account in your name. fun2home supports withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and direct bank transfer.

Standard withdrawal requests for everyday amounts are typically processed promptly. Larger withdrawal amounts may require additional verification steps before processing is completed.

• Withdrawals can only be made to accounts registered in your own name. Payments to third-party accounts will not be processed.
• You must have completed any applicable wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be approved, particularly where bonus funds are involved.
• fun2home reserves the right to carry out identity verification before releasing a withdrawal, especially for first-time or high-value requests.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined or delayed if there is suspected fraudulent activity or a breach of these terms on the account.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown in your account dashboard at the time of the request.

06 Gameplay Rules

fun2home offers several gaming categories including sports betting, fish games, bingo and live betting. Each category operates under its own specific game rules, which are displayed within the relevant game or betting section. These Terms and Conditions apply in addition to, and do not replace, any game-specific rules.

The following general gameplay rules apply across all sections of the platform:

• All bets and game rounds are final once confirmed. Technical issues that occur on the player's device or internet connection after a bet has been accepted do not entitle the player to a refund.
• In the event of a technical error on fun2home's side that results in an incorrect payout or void round, fun2home reserves the right to correct the error and adjust balances accordingly.
• Odds and game parameters for sports betting are set by fun2home and may change up to the moment a bet is accepted. The odds shown at confirmation are the odds that apply.
• Cricket betting markets — including PSL, T20 internationals and domestic fixtures — are subject to event-specific rules regarding match abandonment, weather interruptions and over-reduction scenarios.
• fun2home reserves the right to void any bet that was placed based on an obvious pricing error.
• Winnings from fish games and bingo are calculated according to the rules displayed within each game session at the time of play.

07 Bonuses and Promotions

fun2home may offer bonuses, promotional credits or free plays from time to time. All bonuses are subject to their own specific terms, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses on the platform:

• Bonuses are for personal use only. They may not be transferred to another player or account.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly when the bonus is offered.
• fun2home reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer or promotional credit at any time without prior notice if abuse or manipulation is suspected.
• Attempting to exploit a bonus by placing opposing bets, using multiple accounts or coordinating with other players will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account closure.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited time period. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• Players may only claim each individual promotion once unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's own terms.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on fun2home. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent closure, forfeiture of balance and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on the platform, regardless of the device or payment method used.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a way that gives an unfair advantage.
• Manipulating game outcomes through collusion, match-fixing, exploitation of software bugs or any other dishonest means.
• Using funds of criminal origin or using the platform to launder money in any form.
• Allowing another person to use your account, or using another person's account with or without their knowledge.
• Providing false identity information or using stolen or fraudulent payment credentials.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy or disrupt any part of the fun2home platform, app or backend systems.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing other users or fun2home support staff through any communication channel.

09 Responsible Gaming

fun2home is built for entertainment. We take responsible gaming seriously and have a dedicated set of tools and guidelines available for players who want to manage their time and spending on the platform. Our full Responsible Gaming page explains everything in detail, but the key principles are as follows:

• fun2home is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. There are no exceptions to this rule.
• Never use money you cannot afford to lose for gaming. Set a clear personal budget before you start each session and stick to it.
• Gaming should never be used as a way to recover financial losses. Chasing losses is one of the most common warning signs of problematic gaming.
• Take regular breaks. It is easy to lose track of time on an engaging platform — set a time limit for each session before you start.
• If someone close to you has raised concerns about your gaming habits, take those concerns seriously and use the tools available on our Responsible Gaming page.
• Players who feel their gaming is becoming difficult to manage can request a temporary self-exclusion or permanent account closure by contacting support.

10 Privacy and Data

fun2home collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering on the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy. The key points are summarised here:

• We collect the information you provide during registration, including your name, mobile number, email address and payment details where applicable.
• We use this information to manage your account, process transactions, verify your identity and communicate important account updates.

11 Limitation of Liability

• fun2home is not liable for losses caused by internet connectivity issues, device failures or circumstances outside our direct control.

• In the event of a platform error that results in an incorrect display of odds, balances or game outcomes, fun2home reserves the right to correct the error without liability for any resulting player loss.
• fun2home is not responsible for losses resulting from a player acting on advice, tips or predictions from third-party sources.

12 Account Termination and Suspension

Either you or fun2home may close your account at any time. The circumstances and consequences differ depending on who initiates the closure.

• Player-initiated closure: You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining verified balance after deduction of pending bonus obligations will be returned to your registered PKR payment method.
• fun2home-initiated closure for breach: If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms and Conditions — including fraud, prohibited conduct or underage registration — your remaining balance may be forfeited entirely.
• Suspension pending investigation: If suspicious activity is detected, fun2home may suspend your account while an investigation is carried out. During this time, withdrawals will be paused. If the investigation clears you, your account and access to funds will be restored.
• Self-exclusion: If you request a self-exclusion through our Responsible Gaming tools, your account will be restricted for the period you select. Re-opening a self-excluded account before the exclusion period ends requires a cooling-off period.

13 Changes to These Terms

fun2home may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in how the platform operates, how payments are handled or in response to feedback from the Pakistan player community. When changes are made:

• The updated terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date shown at the top.
• For significant changes, we may notify registered players via email or an in-app notification.
• Continued use of the platform after updated terms have been published constitutes acceptance of those updated terms.
• If you do not agree with any updated terms, you should close your account before the new terms take effect. Continuing to play after that point indicates agreement.
